My Cinderella Refund Policy
All of your payments - including the initial deposit- are non-refundable.
I call this my Cinderella Policy…Here’s why:
A few years back I purchased tickets to see Cinderella performed by the Boston Ballet. I was so excited to go, but a conflict came up for me on the same day as the performance. Do you think that because something showed up in my life that I could call the Ballet and ask for my money back?
Nope. That’s not how it works.
Those dancers were committed to showing up, doing the work and dancing their faces off. Period. Whether something else came up, my poor planning, my lack of a sitter…whatever the story could be, the show still went on. I would miss out if I didn’t show up. And that’s what I’m asking you to do for you. Don’t miss out. Just show up and do the work, that’s it. (Perhaps you will want to dance your face off when we work together, that has happened before...I’m happy to do that with you as well) I promise that when you start showing up for yourself, that is when the magic happens.
So is this a little bit of tough love? Yep, but only because it needs to be. Everything we do together will be based on accountability, yours and mine. I will respect your time and space, and I ask that you also do the same.
Once you begin this journey, your life is going to change. The everlasting, I own this, kind of change. Feel that. Starting now. I can’t wait to be your coach and be right by your side.
