Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. We work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible while maintaining quality every step of the way.
Order Timing
Delivery timing includes:
Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be prepared before shipment.
Shipping time begins once your package has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been issued.
Current Estimated Processing Times
Standard orders: 1–3 business days
Larger bundle orders may take slightly longer during high-volume periods
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

5–12 business days
Europe
3–10 business days
International Orders
7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods are outside of our control.
Tracking + Delivery Responsibility
Once your package has shipped, tracking responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation email.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:
Checking around your property
Checking with neighbors or household members
Contacting the shipping carrier directly
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement if the package is lost or misdelivered.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within the following timeframes:
U.S. orders: within 30 calendar days from shipment
International orders: within 45 calendar days from shipment
After these windows, orders will be considered fulfilled and we may no longer be able to offer replacements or assistance.

Returns + Replacements
Because our products are produced in limited runs and prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong item
Shipping delays outside our control
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
That said, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we absolutely want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
To request a replacement, please email:
caryl@carylmix.com
within 10 business days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
If approved, a replacement of the same item will be sent at no additional cost.
In some cases, we may require the original item to be returned before replacement is processed.
Bundle Orders
If you order multiple items or a bundle, items may arrive in separate shipments depending on inventory and fulfillment timing.
Holiday + High Volume Periods
Please allow additional processing and shipping time during holidays, launches, promotions, and seasonal high-volume periods, especially November and December.
Order Cancellations
Because orders move into processing quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need assistance with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before fulfillment begins.
